Ingredients

  • 1 Large cauliflower head
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)

Equipment

  • Food processor or blender
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Clean dish towel or cheesecloth
  • Oven

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it reaches a rice-like consistency.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower rice for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Place the cauliflower rice in a clean dish towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much water as possible.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a dough.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the dough onto the parchment paper. Spread the dough out with your hands or a rolling pin until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce on top.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce, then add your desired toppings.
  10. Bake the pizza for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven and let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
